It was cheap.
Door keys constantly did not work. Had to go back to office for help.

The hotel was convenient to my place of business.

The hotel stay was nice, and the price was great.

Nothing!
Cleanliness, live-in, noise.

I've stayed at this hotel before because of the price offer, and my experience this time was worse than the first! There were people hanging out because some folks live there, babies crying all hours of the night, rooms were not that clean (we moved from one room because of stained mattress). I hated everything about it! ...read more

Room was not very clean and it smelled strange.

Alright for a cheap place to stay but not real clean or tidy.

The location was convenient.
Almost everything.

This place was a dive. No deadbolt lock on the door (It had been ripped out), no holder for the toilet paper, no maid service even when I asked, drawers missing in the dresser. It was horrible. I felt unclean, unsafe and unhappy. ...read more

Nothing!
Everything!

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I really didn't care for the 1st time. To me, it's barely worth the offer price, and I feel sorry for people who actually pay the full price to stay there! ...read more

Nothing.
Everything.

The room was not a non smoking room. Not clean, staff not always friendly. There was one gentle man
that was very pleasant.

Nothing.
Very unsafe, strange residents living there.

The bed was falling apart and it was in a bad neighborhood.

This trip was a disaster. The staff was very cold and never smiled. They refused even to show an ounce of hospitality. The bed was falling apart and the neighborhood was noisy at all hours of the night. It was a huge disappointment. ...read more

The staff was very unfriendly.

When we got to the area we got lost. We called the hotel and the clerk told us she was the was the unable to get us there and before I could say another word, she had hung up, leaving us to fend for ourselves. The rooms were too small and the bed was falling apart. There were people playing there music too loud in the parking lot late at night and also getting high in their cars. You could smell it and they never even tried to hide it. It was a really bad area. When we requested our room be vaccumed and asked to have them tidy it up we were told to come get the vaccuum cleaner and our own fresh towels and do it ourselves. Even though the welcome letter says that daily guests can get their room cleaned with a simple request. This was our worst experience ever. I cannot even begin to tell you how awful it was. They should have paid us for staying there and putting up with all the stuff we had to. Needless to say, we stayed in the area another night, but checked out and got a different room. ...read more
